Bobby Goldstein, the creator and Executive Producer of the Cheaters television reality show, founded this revolutionary social media website to give people a FREE and effective alternative to the institutional systems that have failed to make justice accessible to anyone around the world. Secretandsurprises™ aims to speed-up the slow wheels of justice.

For the Secretandsurprises™ homepage, Goldstein devised a diametrically opposite version of the proverbial 3 Wise Monkeys to signify that wrongdoing or impropriety will not be ignored here. The Secretandsurprises™ website is about holding people accountable and seeking a resolution. No problem is too small and no bad deed goes unnoticed on Secretandsurprises™.

Goldstein set out to establish the first ever do-it-yourself Internet Court of Public Opinion. People who believe that they have been wronged, now have the power to call it to the attention of the public by publishing an Accusation on the Secretandsurprises™ website. They can then enlist the support of friends or fellow victims to force the Accused to resolve the problem. The Secretandsurprises™ website also permits the Accused to respond in kind with supporting evidence in video, photos, and documents.

The participants on Secretandsurprises™ serve as the Judge, Jury, and Executioner.

The original inspiration for Secretandsurprises™ draws on the courageous work of political journalist Émile Zola which was entitled “J’accuse”. In 1898, Zola published an open letter to the French President exposing a miscarriage of justice committed by the highest levels of the French Army. Zola accused the Army of obstruction of justice and discrimination by wrongfully convicting an artillery officer and sentencing him to life imprisonment on Devil’s Island for treason.

“J’accuse” prompted the complete exoneration of the officer and marked a new era in which citizens would have power in shaping public opinion.

The website allows people who have suffered similar wrongs to connect, draw strength from each other, warn the public, and start a revolution to resolve their problem.

Moreover, the Secretandsurprises™ website utilizes technology that spreads Accusations and Responses to tens of thousands of viewers across Internet search engines and the social media. This means that the reputation of the subject of an Accusation will likely suffer if they try to put off responding to an Accusation or refuse to resolve the Accusation.

Whereas agencies of the federal, state, and local government have failed to protect the people from corporate greed,

Whereas the legislative branch has come under the influence of corporate special interests,

Whereas the judicial system has imposed barriers of cost and delay to the pursuit of justice,

Whereas the mainstream corporate news media has financially failed and has abandoned its Fourth Estate duty to speak truth to power,

Whereas the current available laws, regulations, safeguards, policies, and methods to detect, alert and effect remedies have become unreliable and ineffective to protect against the devaluation of justice and fairness,
